At Podlet, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you need to return a product or request a refund, please follow the guidelines below to make the process as smooth as possible.
1. General Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns: Products can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. To initiate a return, please ensure that the product meets these criteria.

Return Shipping Costs: We offer free return shipping for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items. For other returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
2. How to Request a Return or Refund
To request a return or refund, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email us at support@podlet.store with your order number and reason for return. Include any relevant photos of damaged or incorrect items if applicable.

Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions for returning your item.

Return Shipping: Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Include the Return Authorization Number on the return package and ship it to the address provided in the return instructions.

Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
3. Return & Refund Scenarios

Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us immediately with details and photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and return shipping will be covered at our expense.

Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will provide instructions for returning the incorrect item and send you the correct product. Return shipping for incorrect items will be covered by us.

Items Not Received: If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery time, contact us to investigate the issue. If the package is lost or delayed, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and either replace the item or issue a refund.

Order Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an order after it has been placed but before it has shipped, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been processed, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow the return process.
4. Refunds

Processing Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that it may take around 7 days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
